  • REPOST : Items Accidentally Sold to NPC

Due to some issues regarding with the items that have been accidentally sold to NPC. We would like to INFORMED you again, that we will not be able to compensate you or give back the items that have been sold as R2Games excludes itself from the liabilities and responsibilities of the players due to their mistakes. With this being said, please be careful with your rare items no matter how valuable they are as we will not giving back the items.

You could make it so that items that would obviously never be vendored on purpose would be unsellable. The frags are unsellable, why not the perfects?

    Suggestion 1:
You could add the name of the item you're about to sell to the confirmation box so people can actually realize they clicked on the wrong item if they haven't already.

    Suggestion 2:
This one may be a little harder to put in depending on the code: high level equipment with gems socketed would be both nonsellable and nondisenchantable, especially orange items. A vote could be held in place to let players decide what counts as "high level".

    Suggestion 3:
Since some mounts cannot be discarded, why not make frags and the high level pvp insignias also unable to be discarded (if they aren't already). No one in their right mind would really want to get rid of those.

The best way to reduce people asking for their stuff back is to at least make the obvious valuable items unsellable/nondisenchantable/undiscardable. So why not add these suggestions to cut down on accidents?

About the new weapon that can be sold on the NPC, we have reported that to the developer . However, we advised that all players should be more careful with their rare items.

Ok so I will be stuck with my lv 30 noob weapons/armor on alts and farmers, and have to keep holding them even when I level and wear new epic set? zzzz not such a good idea. We dont have so much space to store all that and you are basically making us delete which is even worse.

ps: well, it would be good if the changes not to NPC new frag could be implemented next update

You wouldn't get much from selling/disenchanting those anyway and you could make them sellable again by removing the gems. It was just a suggestion.

But fine, maybe it should only be high level items?

oic. so are you saying we cant get SRC disenchanting lower epic? and basically depriving the lower level players who use this method to farm SRC (if they dont have enough alts)? the thing we have those bound scratched/chipped gems etc and we dont care even if those are gone. nobody is gonna gem flawless and above on low level epic gears.

high lvl items, especially orange ones then yes. it would be a good suggestion

I see your point. I edited with "high level" and the orange bit. Not sure if we could agree on what the level would be for this suggestion so I didn't pick a number.

maybe r2 should hold a vote? i am guessing the lv 80++ and above. nobody is gnna make orange for lv 50 epic in these ages. they would probably start making orange hollows set onwards but holding a vote from player base is the best way to go.

also, this is because it seems to me most people use savage all the way until slayer. only after slayer do they consider epics and orange which means they are usually above 80.

None of the above ideas should not happen in my opinion. It is too difficult and there should be enough sense in the community to not delete valuable items, and we're just being warned to be careful for this reason.

simple put buy-back option on npc's if someone could sell somethng by mistake they would switch to buy-back and could buy whatever they'd sell by mistake.

I have a suggestion make npc trade screen like the player to player screen where we drag the items over then confirm at one time so we can avoid misclicks
