The quiz appears when it is time on your screen up in the top right hand corner by the mini map as a small box that you have to click on to enter the quiz interface, doesnt matter where you are in CS it just appears at the designated time, so if you want to do the quiz make sure you arent doing anything important around 15 30 server time
