i wanted to know if i can Sue r2games cuz they made a big mistake and i want my $ back but they said that they can't return it even if it's their fault i played s62 cuz i thought it will be WEST they put it in Server List as WEST PVE i ask and filed TICKEt they said it's WEST PVE and in announcement ITs WEST now they change it in EAST rather than fixing the time so now my time and money is wasted can i Sue them for this?? i got Screenshots

There are multiple things r2 has done that could of gotten them sued but they have the legal aid behind them.

I'm sure you can. But the best you might get is just a settlement. Of course, you can sue together with other players. The main problem though is what country r2 is seated in. If it's in America, you can just pull to federal. If it's in China...Well, kind of hard.

Legally they advertised the game as a different time zone but when it was released it has the correct time etc displayed on the server clock so thats there defence

If you sue, it only means no more assistance from both the Moderators and the GMs.
