like the mortal skills, if u will use SOT, does the scion / eidolon skills will be forgotten also? like the quick death?

If you use a SoT then ALL skills points get removed from all skills you have put points in. You still have the ability to put points back into them though, since all it does is reset and give you your points back. But you do not lose the ability to put points into your scion/eid skills no.
