Decreasing dodge rate

Im a full agi rogue...but everytime i lvl, my dodge % decreases...is that a bug?

gaining str lowers dodge for some reason, and rogues tend to gain a few points in str at lvl up (not talking about the 3 points you can put anywhere you want every time you lvl).

no, maybe check the percent of your dodge maybe it increase.....if if im wrong and your dodge always decrease,upgrade you soul it might help you

Not sure why you guys believe that Str affects your dodge but it doesn't.
Dodge is level-based + agility-stat based. Every level your dodge% lowers a little bit, if it didn't lv120's would get over 150% dodge without problems. The only way to keep dodge% equal and higher is progress soul-development for it. (usually as well as full agility-builds).
