I think until they are implemented into the game we should be able to exchange them for bloodelar essence because nightmare dungeon is hard enough and they are totally useless

I disagree. Just because wraith essences are worthless now, does not mean they will be worthless later. And, when the rest of the Frag levels are implemented, the wraith to bloodelar exchange may close, so there will be so many people who complain about everyone else getting to exchange while they cannot.
If anything were to change, it should be the drop rates in Sacrificial Relics, since all drops in only that dungeon are so horrible that by the time you are able to accumulate enough of anything in there you no longer even need them, either from leveling beyond the need or having purchased from other players.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
