ive been hacked and dont know what to do

so i tried to log into to an account that i hadnt been on in a while, i got on the main account but couldnt enter the character because there was a password on it, and i had never put one on. so i logged on my other character, it worked fine, and some radnom person i dont even know messaged me saying 'hi' i asked how i knew them and they said "jodkus is mine now" i calmly said "well may i have the password for it?" and they said "**** off noob" this character was called (S16)darepriest lvl 72, please help me and gm please do something about this hacker!
