Goddess system and and lvl 60

Hallo!
Just thinking about cashing 2k crystals and wondering if you can max the goddess blessing and possibly get the last buff? And also want to know WAT the last buff( the self buff) gives u. And a side note..... Would be glad if you guys can give some tips on getting to lvl 60 VERY QUICKLY.

To get from the beginning to the last buff, assuming you don't buy any unnecessary blessings, it takes about 6k+ xtals.
