Can't Login - Says User Not Found

Character Level - 34
Hello. I have been playing this game for about 4 days non-stop. I am at level 34 and I have done the free crystal link at the top to get 48 crystal. I see no reason why my user should have been deleted, but it looks like it has been... I follow guidelines and I am a solo player, so I don't talk to people in game, so no user should be reporting me for anything, because I do not communicate with them. I was just on at 10 o clock last night. And the game has booted me off this morning and when I type my User or Email and Password, it says User doesn't exist or email needs verification. I verified my email, and my user is correct. I was not using any gold or leveling illegally. I was, however using the links to obtain free crystal. But it looks like that is supported by the site. So, yet again, I see no reasoning in my account being deleted (if it has been deleted). Also, I am in no way an RPG noob. But I have only been playing Crystal Saga for 4 days.
This just pisses me off because I don't understand what is going on, and how I could have been deleted when following guidelines.
(UPDATE: THIS IS AN OLD POST. POSTED AGAIN BECAUSE NO ONE HELPED BEFORE.)
This happened about 2 months ago.. I made a new account... But I still want to know what happened to my last... I mean, accounts don't just get deleted for no reason. And I wasn't going against any guidelines...
