Even with full endurance on my lvl 54 alt I have 1400 mattack from just gear poorly geared alt. You don't need the heals with the added crit reduction hp regen etc.
Until level 50+ you wanna go 1 holy light all way up to aoe heal for soloing purposes. After that the skills catch up to your blood priest.Comment

The difference is purely for pvp. As full endurance blood spec/pvp geared you have no equal. As full int as you've seen rangers/roques will eat you up. Playing against rangers like Estoc on wilterlands when it was released no priest would dare go full int or you'd
