Where hunting after 55+

I know that most of all experience it is possible to receive killing Mobs on 5 levels above me and after the 55th level theoretically it is necessary to move for hunting to "The Void". But there it is impossible to hunt normally, since AFK very slow because monsters far apart and me not to find enough their big congestions. Can be prompt where it is better to hunt?
Can be eat any vaults or locations on which AFK hunting is more effective?

It's +3 levels that gives the best exp, so at lvl 55 you should be grinding in the Altar of Sacrifice areas still.

After that, you'll need to suffer through a few levels in The Void (there's a few good places on each map that will get you by), before you can move on to Twilight Caverns at lvl 63.
