Heroic Wings are a item drop that you receive from bosses when you venture into Dungeons on Hard/Nightmare Difficulty. There are plenty of dungeons that range from different level ranges. Revenant's Vault and Blood Coliseum are mostly attempted by newer players due to the overall easier completion than compared to Dungeons like Sacrificial Relics and Killer's Den.
You can also purchase Heroic Wings if you are willing to spend money on Crystals and buy them from Game Shop. However it isn't advised as Heroic Wings are easily obtainable ingame.Helpful Links
