I would like to say i am devastated to hear the news that we will not be getting our characters back, I do wanna say thank you to joyopark for the great times we had their and a MASSIVE thank you to all the GM's its a sad day. I will be carrying on here as i really enjoy the game and would like to put the question to R2games about some sort of help as I know i spent over a year and a half building my Character (I was not a big cash player but i spent my fair share) so any help to get my new Character firetear S62 upgraded to a better position would be appreciated as a good will gesture. I hope to see more of my old friends here from Joyopark please look me up if u decide to play again

Don't worry about the money some players spent on their intellectual property it's ok R2 you've only gone and lost their data.
Data protection? No testing backing up data nothing to keep it safe?
