PC from dungeons?

Hello guys. I've been searching the forums for anything that could help me. Unfortunately, I dont have luck in my side. My questions:
in what level can we still receive PC from vault? from BC?
what and how many materials are needed for each upgrade of perfect frag? I to II, II to III... etc.

As long as the gap of your level with the dungeon boss is not more than 5, you can still obtain PC

This is not true, the chances are getting smaller after 5 levels. During the rose seed events I grinded on every dungeons to obtain the rose seeds and noticed that I got a few Purified Crystals at Killer's den on level 77.

The chances are slim, but still there.

It depends on the mode though. Hard/Nightmare typically give you higher chance to drop PC than normal

Theres always a chance to get PC but its very low if ur over 5 levels of the dungeon, but if u are like exactly the same level as the dungeon then u have a very high chance of getting PC

If im over the level gap i just use 2X token drop

Eh? I thought 2X drop token only affects the gems drop and nothing else

guaranteed PCs up to +5 of dungeon lvl and decreasing to +10 dungeon lvl which drops to 0. Only exception is Exerlorn dungeon & Purgatory?

To keep it simple run the dungeon your "not the boss of me" quest is in up to Exerlorn.
