% Increases

Can someone explain them or link me to a post that does? Do items that add +strength help the percentage? Soul? I know physical stats like +500 P attack don't.

it increases your base stats so if you had soul +10% and frag sword +10% the 10% will be based on your base attack..i think

Soul increases your base stats . as stated from above

WHITE STATS (base stats and stats from frag or the new wings are all effected by %)
GREEN STATS (are just bonus stats added to your damage,def,hp and so on)
