what the heck happen? why does a cheater char can play again after it was banned my r2? does the terms and conditions says its permanent banned...? cheating is a bad for game and for the players.... we really need a explanations from u r2? our sever is s25 s34 s38 s47 and so forth...
players real need some answer for that matter.... to boost some confidence... interest.

i think we have the right to know the truth behind this... to avoid wrong assumptions, opinions, suspicions, opinion and especially thoughts about this matter.

Any concerns regarding someone cheating need to be filed in a ticket to r2games with proof.

Players rarely get banned unless you have in-game screen shots of them cheating. You would honestly think someone like player Mallmmo would get banned already but hasn't.
I know the ticket system is used and abused by players who tend to have vindictive and aggression issue with other players. They file tons and tons of ticket accusing players (especially cashing players) to get them banned in order to control that server.

The MallMMO players have been and ARE being banned. It doesn't matter if they get banned or not - they always try to avoid it.
The only possible way to prevent MallMMO is having a region IP Block - which then affects more than just that one player like it originally should have. You should do your research.

chances are it might not be a actual mallmmo bot but a player thinking they are funny. if that is the case I would suggest people who are offended by that name to file a ticket and report it as a offensive name/not good role model for community when trying to keep peoples acc safe protecting them from scammers, instead of reporting them as a gold spammer(as they are not actually partaking in gold spammer siteness they aren't in wrong of any normal TOS gold spammers are effected by). basically stating its something a player shouldn't be allowed to endorse by keeping that as their name. If still have trouble with tickets not working after that send me ticket #
if that specific person does advertise anything for mallmmo site i would suggest filing ticket with it asap or sending ss to me

Your first statement has already assumed that a character is a cheater. How to confirm a character is a cheater when R2 doesn't even tell us whether characters are banned? (Mods can verified this point. All players can do is to report and as for the punishment or not, it's totally up to R2)

If you want to know how TOC are honored, I have one typical report where a DK gen4 is named as "Rapist" and the owner know who he/she is.

After 3 replies from the GM saying "The issue will be addressed immediately", I'm still seeing the same name on the pet. And the last reply from GM goes "We have already informed the player and told him to change the pet's name. However, the player seems to be AFK. We hope that he will change it once he reads our message. Thank you.".
See that GM is HOPING players to follow TOS. I wonder what happened to "You agree to not use an account name, post on our website, in the chat facility, or on our game materials that are libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any person, or otherwise violate any law or give rise to liability." that is in the TOS. Hmmm

With hard concrete proof, you still can't get these hardcore casher even they are in the wrong. Re-think!

Not much adding, just adding verification of that it really is Mallmmo and he has a 2nd character with random letters "gsdfjkh" or something with over 400 platinum as well.
Mallmmo's #1 rank goes over 990platinum last time I looked and no player on the server has such money, not even our bigtime cashers have had that much (lately they are getting close into 700's but thats all). Several tickets have been filed by several people and the character is still alive and kicking for almost a month now being #1 despite everyone on the server knowing it's not just some trolling player doing that, but the illegal site.

Just IP block all of China except your own IP addresses and then it would be fine. Not likely any Chinese players would want to play r2's version of CS, when the Chinese version is light years ahead of r2.
