When you press "Frageron Forge" in Backpack... Like normal it has the enchant lvl for upgrade the amount of frags ect. The thing im wondering is below all the stuff that is required it says "Success Rate"... For me it always says 100%... But does upgrading your frag weapon ever fail? ATM im at Superior Frag Dagger VII.... so when i hit perfect i would like to know if you can fail.. X.X TY
