i got tired of people asking me what my name means

My character's name is iggyfufu. I essentially created it out love for my baby boo bird, Sir Figgious the First (a parakeet).
People commonly ask me "what is a fufu?" or "what is an iggy?". My honest answer to that is, "...i have no idea.." I could have sworn on my life that i made it up. However, out of my recent act of curiosity, I decided to look into it and out of my random urge to not be lazy, I'm finally making a post for this.

I first searched "iggy" and i found that:
- Iggy Pop. singer
- it refers to ignore (like ignore list)
- in Maximum Ride, it's a character (a bird-like kid thing)

Then went into "fufu" and found:
- it describes fancy people (frilly fufu)
- in Australia, it means a lady's fanny
- it's a type of food in Africa
- means "**********" in Samoan (i found this one the funniest)
- a fart


So there you have it, people who were curious. My intention of the name is to refer to my baby bird. You're entitled to your opinions and allowed to make whichever bizarre meaning you please for "iggyfufu".

In my family, "fufu" (or "foofoo" as it's never written, only spoken) means fart.

Usage: I think he just fufued.

...so...Iggyfufu = person you ignore because they fart a lot?
