I'm going to go ahead and assume this is a joke/prank/mock-up, for a few reasons. One, the wings look like they have a perspective problem... And two, the terminology on the stat sheet is way off. What's "block"?

Still, for a mock-up, that's not half-bad!

These are actually not a mock up and have been released by other versions of the game. I dont know how long it will be before we get them... probably a long time. Someone actually showed these pretty recently in a different post and I checked the few other versions that I know about, and they have been released in two of them I believe.

They are pretty though. So I want them!!
