I think this needs to be addressed, seeing as it has gone on for two days now, with no relief.
You see that? It's been like that for days now, more or less. Ever since your little "Emergency Maintenance" to fix the lag. As soon as I log on, BAM, 10k plus ping. It'll be that way for hours at a time, sometimes upwards of 3 or 4. Then for 5-10 minutes, it'll be back down to normal lag amounts, and then it's right back to unplayability. Look, I'll be the first to admit I don't know what all goes into running a server. But the server ping was fine just before the maintenance. As soon as you change something to fix the lag, it all goes to hell.
Furthermore, I know for a FACT it isn't my internet. Other games, even other MMOs, run fine during these random "ping spikes".
And while I have always had a little more lag than everyone else, just due to my location, now other people in my server are complaining about it too. It's gotten worse, and those of us who do spend money on this game expect that we'll actually be able to play, you know?
Look, I don't get mad about much. I'm a mellow person. But this has got me downright furious. I give your company money. And I expect to be able to play the damn game. Until this lag is fixed (or at least mostly fixed), you won't see another penny out of me or my bank account. And I'm sure I'm not the only one fed up with this.
