Insulting the R2 Staff by calling them idiots is not going to get you far with this "suggestion". Trust me I completely agree with you on the whole rebuilding the staff BUT this is not the way to do it.

it jsut bothers me too see a game with so much potential get ruined by a team of lazy ppl that dont listen to their customers as much as they should. and poor customer service to boot. only good thing (sometimes) is tech support, and only if its a simple question.

and i haver characters on ixi and yipee already lol its just hard to walk away when i have all my friends that ive made over the last year+ and the money ive spent (before we merged to R2) and the 3 toons i have that are all fairly good... so maybe they should make things right instead of losing people liek me daily, they could be getting more ppl liek me to join and stay... they just arent very good at keeping people happy, which is like the number one rule of owning abusiness (i would know)
