Hide all players and effects

There will be a new server tomorrow.

They should block philipine players from the new server all they do is scam, beg and cheat.

They'll own 100's of accounts and play all day for real world trading and sell gold from alts and in game items for real world currency and ruin the game. Something needs to be done to prevent these 3rd world countries from farmimg resources and spoiling all games.
