That is the newest sever that will be going live in one day.
There is no favourite server, people just hop on and try to stay on that server.
It is highly recommended that you go onto a server that is your time zone if you wish to follow events so you do not miss out on them.
As for me, I do not care too much for the events and I won't be missing them by much so I will be going on the new server once it is released.
If you want, and feel comfortable, you may join me and we can be friends on there that way we can always have a party to enter dungeons.

It depends where you live.
If you live In the United States, it will be released either at 11am, Noon, 1pm, or 2pm.
If you live outside of the United States, you'll have to convert it.
And yes, new characters means starting anew at level 1.
