I'm made a new toon and the quest where u have to assign 1 skill point quest is being completed when i done what i said. I put on 1 skill point and when i try to complete it, it doesnt complete and give me a new quest. Now i'm just stuck at level 4. I think that quest is bugged, plz fix this

It should let you complete the quest if you put two points on one skill.
