How can i have FSE ? can Tell me to get it ?

You can either purchase FSE from other players or you may go into Revenant's Vault located in Twilight Caverns Lv. 1 from the NPC "Sutton".
Only Nightmare Mode will drop the FSE and you will need to kill all three bosses located within the dungeons.
First you have to complete Normal Mode, Hard Mode and then you can enter Nightmare Mode.
