how many tries to get 8 stars for gorilla titan?

I think that for me it took 14 attempts to get 8.1 stars and on 15th attempt I got it.

It is a luck based system and all depends. But around 13 I would say. I haven't got mine yet but all my friends etc. have had around 13.

16 tries 8.6 stars for Gorilla titan.

i literally quit counting already.. but I am not 7 . 9 stars.. it took 5 tries to get 4 stars, after that its literally moved -- much per failed attempt, not once has grown faster.. I am not on 14 or 15th attempt. like i said for sake of frustration I quit counting..

can anyone grant me some insight, why some lucky stars grow faster than others.. my friends next to me here on another make the same upgrades I do, the same attempt #, yet they can put in 36 gmuts, and get more lucky stars than me when I put in 180 gmuts.

are they just sticking it in me and breaking it off? what gives, cause r2 can't explain the technicalities of it all.
