The Forever Love Title that gives a 15%+ HP Bonus is given to couples who successfully wed doing a Royal Wedding.
With the Royal Wedding you will also get both Marriage Rings being the Teleport Ring and the Marriage Protection ring at level 1.
The cost depends on how you want to go about it.
50g + 100 Friendship Points with the person you want to marry and then another 1200 Crystals for the Royal Wedding payment or you can purchase the Diamond Engagement ring which will cost you 995 Crystals (This allows you to skip getting the 100 Friendship points).
So overall the options are;
1)Silver Engagement Ring + Royal Wedding = 50g + 1200 Crystals
2)Diamond Engagement Ring + Royal Wedding = 2195 CrystalsHelpful Links

You don't need to get the Diamond Engagement ring for the title, you can just as well use the 50g ring and get 100 friendliness (bout 5 days work orso if you both do dungeons).
It is only the type of wedding that determines the title/rings you receive.Crystal Saga:
