Demonic gift vs Blood breaking kill

I need some advice which one is better for a rouge -- for PVP and PVE(like Avernal).

I heard Blood breaking(% chance to deal damage 5% of target max hp) is not working in avernal, is this true?

Demonic gift is much better for rogues or any dps imo...

5% max target hp of BBK isnt much use in 1-2 shot pvp match compared to the jump in atk speed and reduction of opponent's atk speed of DG....rogues have high crit anyway so crit bonus of BBK isnt much use too.

for pve its the same the faster atk speed resulting in used of several atk variation n chances of triggering of additional skill from DG is better... the frag gives u Bloodcry anyway for the % hp drain.

A passive skill is always a better option.
For all you know, you might never trigger Blood Breaking Kill before you die in a PvP situation.
