a zodiac and "100 reasons to fear me" even tho he's just 27

uh, from mortal lvl 80 you will get 100 reason to fear me title, and when you become scion you start it all over from level 1, so, there is nothing wrong with the char at your screenshot, maybe you should find out about it first before recklessly reporting someone.
