The bloodlust skill is passive, but the knight in pvp with this skill, every attack he sucks 15% of the enemy's HP is set to the maximum? If so then a few blows he has a chance to kill any other player, is not it?

Bloodlust is a passive healing skill, not an attack. Just tested this with an alt to get some numbers for the explanation.
My alt had 14,571 hp. My main has the current max lvl of 6 for Bloodlust, which has a vampire coefficient of 11%. I hit my alt for 13,760 damage, leaving my alt with 811 hp left. 14,751 - 13,760 = 811, so Bloodlust didn't affect that.
Vampire coefficient "sucks" hp from your target, but it's not reducing your target's hp. It is the amount of hp returned to you as a heal from attacking your target, which is based on how much damage you do to your target relative to the amount of hp your target lost.
So, in the above example, I hit my target for 13,760 damage. I was returned a heal of approximately 1500 hp. I hit the alt again for 11,000ish. Since my alt only had 811 hp left, I was returned a heal of 89 (11% of the hp the target lost).

If you have 100,000 hp and I attack you for 10,000, at 11% vampire coefficient, I will receive a heal for 1100 hp, and you will be down to 90,000 hp.
As the fight continues on, if you get down to 8,000 hp (for example) and I hit you for 10,000, then I will receive a heal for 880 hp, and you will be dead.
