I'm tired of filing tickets an nothing being done. He's constantly making racist remarks an abusive language. I agreed to the ToS an if something isn't done with this I will need the information for my lawyer to contact R2. Me agreeing to your ToS involves you upholding your part or you've broken our contract and I will deal with this accordingly if it's not taking care of.

Use some insight and put some thought into your post before making such an idiotic comment such as "Ignore him" when I clearly stated in the beginning, that the ignore function will server no purpose in this situation. I kindly ask that if you haven't any productive way to deal with this situation, that you move on and maybe a moderator and or GM will take the time out of their busy schedules (not sarcasm by the way) to offer us any help.

Like I told the other one in this thread, the ignore function will serve no purpose here, and the constant insults and derogatory terms used on a daily basis nearly, start to wear down on a person. Excuse me for asking that anyone show a bit of civility in a game that's meant for fun, not ridicule because someone's black. Perhaps your sheltered life in whatever hole you've resided in all this time keeps you blind to the obvious that people like the person I've reported, will never stop.

Ok so how does the ignore function not work? You put the person on ignore and they can no longer send you PM's and you can no longer see their chats. How does that not solve the problem?
The level of common sense and intelligence certainly has dropped since I was a kid. It's quite sad and pathetic.

Sometimes the ignore function works, then other times people will go on their alts to continue the problems because they have caught on that they have been ignored by the people that they are bothering. These people are called Trolls.

Regardless of this. I believe that the posters of this thread wanted help with their issues. Sadly this thread has turned into a battle of name calling, and because of this I will be closing this thread.

If there are anything that needs added by the original posted about this subject, please file a support ticket, and make sure that you message a mod about your issue. Thank you.
