    (Plenthuran Plains server) [MixzGrace] scammed me

    MixzGrace from "GENOCIDE" guild scammed me for gold.
    MixzGrace frauded me for BirthdayDress(F).
    here I have attached chats saved as PDF files.
    I just want to restore my gold, no more no less.

    If you are seeking a return of gold spent, then you'll definitely need to file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com so they know who you are and can investigate the issue.

    Just be advised that they don't normally return items or gold, but it never hurts to ask.
