Question about heraldry and bound materials

Will the use of bound rune protectors cause the resulting runes to be bound?
If so, will using bound runes w/ bound rune crystals (greator) also cause the resulting seal to be bound?

Need to know before I dedicate time into farming L4 corruption and trading alt tokens for protectors and rune crystals.
