Gem Coupon Exchange – Scratched and Shining Gems can now be exchanged for Gem Coupons at the Event Master in Starglade. Gem Coupons will be bound. Exchanging a Gem for a Coupon will cost 20 silver each time.

I was wondering is this permanent
