Fragarach Weapon Forging

Do these weapons have a chance to be poor-good quality or does it always come out as outstanding? My frageron mold has a poor quality and I was wondering if the first fragarach upgrade would come out with poor quality as well. Should I keep buying fragarach molds til I get outstanding quality or is the outcome totally random for each upgrade?

It will be outstanding.

When upgrading further you might notice the stats are lower, but when crafting the stats will be higher since the upgrade doesn't factor outstanding quality.

Thanks for that reply. My brother and I have been saving gold to afford FSE's for our characters since we can't duo RV NM that efficiently yet. It would be sad to know if they actually had a chance to come out poor. LOL

Hopefully once he gets all his savage tank gear and my healing gear we will be able to farm it constantly.

The frag you see in the forge has stats if it were ordinary. Multiply by 1.1 to get the outstanding stats it will become
