Guild Skill question

Guildies and I were talking about the little bonuses from leveling up the guild skills when we came across one that stumped us.

Any thoughts on what Explosive Attack does or what it modifies?

I notice it raises my crit chance by 1% when I got that skill, so I think explosive attack is technically crit %. However I'm not too sure on this, you might want to pay more attention on your crit next time you upgrade that skill, to confirm my information.
