Orange Netheran Covenant Armor

I was just exploring the item synthesis menu and happened to find Netheran Covenant Armor(Orange). I don't believe anyone could ever get such armor. Can anyone tell me if it's actually there or just for show? Also I would like to know if theres a kind of strategy to getting it? And also a picture of it? Thanks.

Go to Aurora Point and check Top 20 Level/Ladder ranks and your mind will be blown.
