Fragarach Sword Perfect X and up less better than Perfect IX

Let's compare:

Perfect Sword IX Bloodlust Passive skill 9:

12% chance to consume target's HP equals to 8% of your max HP.

Perfect Sword X or Auguric Sword Bloodlust Passive skill 19:

12% chance to consume target's HP equals to 5% of your max HP.

from 8%, down to 5% after upgrading???

Another thing with Perfect X sword, Zealot's Shield says Immune to ALL effects, but you can only be immune to knockback or push.

Any explanations??

I've always noticed this, and wondered if this was done purposefully because knights typically have a lot more hp than other classes.
Just seems a bit unfair in my opinion. My DPS gets destroyed in avernal most of the time because my frag skill activation takes away less hp.

The Zealot Shield's the description is incorrect it should be; "Immune to all displace skills" and still even if you'd get less leech from X compared to IX the X will provide +20% attack - and casting speed passive.
