Most of their high level members always kill players in guild resource for fun and laugh at the victims. They plunder people in delivery for fun, and blackmail the players who plunder them.

They also take control of the market price. They buy cheaper Heroic Wings (1g-1g20s) from other shop and sell them for about 2g.

Can somebody stop Candyshop?

And S41 died because S37 were much more advanced and older. Alot more cashers on S37. The only thing S41 could do was join the S37 guild. And most of us prefered to quit.

I've quit once...left behind a scion character etc...Not doing that again. If I quit once more, it's for good. :/ (S41 here, proud of it).

What exactly can 1 Guild do to you?

They can't stop you from grinding your level up - AFK Protection.
They can't stop you from getting your honor or badges (There is a load of ways to get them).

Keep working on your toon. Don't do GRBG and Delivery if you can't fight them. What is lost? Only a few badges and honor. Get it in any other way.

Merchants can be stopped easily. Just don't buy their overpriced stuff. Sell your own stuff for cheap in traderequests - not in shops.
A marketprice can only work if their are people who actually buy for that much. Don't buy, problem solved.

Grind your way up to 80+, get your honor up, get some badges, get slayers gear. Stock up on gold and buy GMUTs as soon as they are available.

They CAN'T deny you from doing wishing well tosses.
They CAN'T deny you from doing Guildquests.
They CAN'T deny you from doing your dungeons and the NTBOM quest.
They CAN'T deny you from doing guessing game.
They CAN'T deny you from doing your TG.
They CAN'T deny you from doing your daily ladder and soul shard synth.

Come on people, work a bit harder :P

Some people take GR too seriously though ._. They forget that just afk'ing in Seng (by turning off your browser) can already get you 80-240 honor and 10-20 bronze badges. Also 20 guild quests give 500 honor total, that's twice as much as GR <= that together with redemption was how I grinded honor when I wasn't able to do GR, still managed 2nd honor ranking in my server.

As for market, as long as it is not a cash shop items, farming those yourselves is a solution too. Make more alts for soloing vault if needed. I never bought hwings in my server even though they were 30-40s each, I rebirthed to scion with firewings, and I still maxed out wings at ultimate demigod VIII at 69 scion. All from my own dungeons, no farming with alt.

Trust me when I say that soul is better than wings, the bonus from 1 wing upgrade compared to the cost is just ridiculously low, and wings' bonuses are FIXED, which means buffs, your mount, pixie and such % bonus stuffs won't affect that bonus. Soul's bonuses, on the other hand, are mostly % bonus, which is a lot better than wings in the long run, it is also technically free, and the ruling guild can't stop you from doing ladder + daily SRC exchange for soul shards.

I have experienced all of the above before, and my solution was, as sebastian said, ignored GR, delivery and farmed my own stuffs while building up mount/soul. It worked, and worked really well.

Edit: If you really need to do delivery, the best way is to grab a rogue with any of the 2-person mount as your escort, hop on his mount, have him use stealth and bring you to the delivery NPCs. You can interact with NPC while sitting on a stealthed 2-person mount so there is no need to get off and reveal yourself. Just tell your friend once you have done with the check point so he can move to the next one. Also remind him to restealth before timer runs out, and avoid all the random aoe while moving too. Do exactly as I said and you should have a perfect delivery, no one can see you there to plunder. (do this everyday with my rogue hubby, <3 him lol)
