Question about Citrine Gems

Lets say someone has 400% crit damage and my crit defense is 250.

Would using citrine gems help? I hear they are bugged, but that is rumored. My answer is I would think it would help.

If someone has 400% crit damage, no defense gem in the world will save you. better hope your dodge kicks in. ^.-
