Why Didn't Time Change?

We in the US have Daylight Savings Time which occurred last night, advancing our time by 1 hour, but we've noticed time did not shift in game. Since in-game time is supposed to be based on EST, US time, why hasn't the game clock been changed? This is going to be very confusing for everyone in the US ..... or isn't game time switched so it's not confusing for everyone else? Please advise as to whether or not R2 runs their games on US time or not, so we know what to do in regards to our schedules.

My clocks and the west coast server time still matches. o.o

Right now, on S1 Aurora Point, game clock is reading 14:00 but actual time is 15:00 due to daylight savings time shift last night
