Why am i banned

I have a print screen saying i am banned I have filed a ticket this morning after i tried to log. Then i had to file a second ticket telling them my email was hacked or deleted. I told them i had to make a new email and gave them the new email address so they can tell me while i was getting the issue resolved with yahoo mail. I still have not heard back and i am not sure how to add the print screen to a ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ok filed another ticket with the print screen hopefully that will work
