i am new to crystal saga , so i want to ask something . if i buy a egg from fate shop , when i double-click it will it 100 % get the pet , or it depend on chances ? if is like that , is that mean i have to buy a lot of egg inorder to have a higher chance to get the pet ?

No egg hatch rate is 100%, whether you buy it from Fate Shop or from players. The only guaranteed pets are the ones R2 sells in Fate Shop during promotions. You can usually find these in the HOT tab if they're being promoted -- however currently, there are no pets being sold, so you can wait around for them to pop up, or try your luck with hatching eggs.
