i saw a promotion about first time recharge crystal that i will get some item like baby angel and bag expander , is it true ? , i did not recharge any crystal before so if i go buy a 500 crystal package , will i automatic get those free item ? how long will i need to wait in order to get those item ? and where can i find those item when i received it ?

Yes, the first time that you recharge you get a "first payment pack" I believe it is called. It is a decent pack if you need the items. Remember that on your first recharge it takes up to 24 hours to process your payment. You would get your pack as soon as your payment processing is completed.
