Can anyone tell me if ESD drops anywhere or is it only from Dragon Hunt?

The three(four if you count crypt twice) places that it can drop if I recall:
1) Dragon hunt as you said(red dragon coin and black dragon coin)
2) Crypt pack(only first or second. A small chance to get it)
3) Crypt boss (pretty rare but he can drop it time to time)
4) Guild Food boss (when you summon the boss it drops 5 esd per kill)

In order of difficulty depends on your resources.
1) all about luck
2) Some amount of luck + good movement speed + good loading screen.
3) Either high dmg, high attack rate or both.
4) More time dependent but if you don't have anyone killing people in the area, this is the easies surefire way to do it. Boss only does hp % damage so you should be good against it.
