Open your chat window to the place that you want to send the information in your case that would be world chat, make sure that the cursor is still blinking then press ctrl+click the item you want to show in chat. so both ctrl and left clicking the item to show. it will show up inside your chat window ready to press enter to broadcast. To repeat the same message or one from earlier all you need to do is hold down the r button and up arrow until you have the message you want to rebroadcast.

Only problem about a Cashers only event is that not everyone will benefit because not all of us have the money for it. Besides, the events should be more for earning from work in the game, not spending more money on items!
