Hey guys.i am a lv 71 mortal ranger from s21(the void)i only have 154 soul.But thats not why i posted this.i posted this because of my Superior l fragarach bow.i know someone who has VII.and his 8 lvs lower than me.hes not an alt.he does not cash.So,how do i get an amazing fragarach weapon?and please don't answer in this post.Please make a Guide for fragarach weapons,and link it.Thanks

I will inform you that level means nothing as much as it does luck and resources. If you're lucky at enchanting and have ample resources, it is not difficult to upgrade your frag. I say this because my server has two mortals who have Supreme Auguric (a level of frag not even all eidolons have).
