Dexter Merchant in Ladder problem ?

I would like to see a screenshot of healing priests that don't deal a single damage at all (not even its pet), and can see dexter in any floor (whenever it shows up). If someone could provide it or maybe even 2 screenshots of different ladder chance, then I will believe it's random. Also, that priest must not be the leader of the party.
