Im very dissappointed of cs

First of all, all i want to say is cs is the best game I've ever played, but the problem is. I accidentally clicked activate (use email to log on) when i was trying to change my password. But the thing is i cannot remember anything about my account. She was using as an alt but i got bored with priest so i switched to rogue, and my rogue is pretty decent, but i can't get it back because i did not provided GM's the correct information they needed in order to proceed. I've tried my best to get it back, but there are so many things i have to remember, like the specific date, amount purchased, and a lot of things. How can i remember all that stuffs? It has been 3 and a half months of playing. After that, i didn't know what to do, but then my friend told me i can get it back by sending a ticket. I've lost 1 already, i wasn't very smart at that time, i gave somebody my account's password so he/she can "pilot" it for me, but i didn't know that he/she will do that. I know that it is illegal to give people my account's information so i didn't try to file a ticket to get it back. I don't want to lose any of my account again....But i have 1 question, is there any chance i can get it back? i remembered all the information about my character ( not account information, nor the ones that show up when you click "view")?

Usually providing the exact information when creating the account is necessary while at the same time providing information about things you may have done in-game.

Ex. You got Fire Wings IV about 2 days ago. <--- Things like that.

However, you have just admitted to giving out your account information to another player - which may or may not result in a ban of the account if the GMs feel is necessary to do so - or trace back the IP of the account holder who stole your account and ban that account.

Regardless, two outcomes may occur.
1) They let you take back the account if you can provide all the correct information.

2) They say they can do nothing since you were aware of the consequences of giving out your account information and may result in a ban of the account.

Oh, tyvm BrotherVT, I'll try that later. But i only remember the date of registration and my "last log in date"....
Well, i just tried to file a ticket but it says the server is busy atm. But nah, i think i'm good, and the person who did it is (S20)MariaOzawa and please bound my account (cutipk) character name: (S20)Heidy.
