Which goddess is better

Guys help im really confuse if what im gonna get i need your opinions. Im ranger
Critical Strike Chance +15% Crit Damage +50% Armor Penetration +25 Attack Speed +50% Dodge +15% or PATK +30% MATK +30% Strength +50% Intellect +50%Luck +25 EXP +30% ???

the goddess with the 50% attack speed means more hits per second, crit rate is always a super plus, 50% more crit damage is massive at end game levels. armor penetration is so far a useless stat as no one can confirm how and if it works, and the dodge could help you survive longer. this goddess is a rogue's best friend, but has it's great benefits for a ranger too. the other goddess is better for pve grind and dungeons, but by the time you reach level 85 the first time, farm alot of PC and develop soul and make a decent frag weapon (superior +), you'll one hit mobs without that buff from the patk goddess.
